Today's update...
Candy just heard from Brian... he is approximately 2 hours from Check Point #8, Kansas City, MO.
Brian's focus today seems to have been on riding, or the scenery wasn't worth sending, as we received no photos at all!
Since he will be arriving during the wee hours of the night, we decided to update everyone now. Brian has ridden into some weather and has had to don his rain gear (first time this trip). He plans on stopping over in Kansas City, MO (at the Check Point) for a pit stop... shower, food and some sleep.
16 states now, Missouri will be the 17th...
Hopefully, he will get several hours of rest before he hits the road. Checkpoint #9 is in Wisconsin!
