Bumpus Harley and AD Farrow and Company NorthStar Harley-Davidson (Columbus, Ohio) really rolled out the red carpet for the riders! One rider was quoted saying..."you make me feel like I'm somebody!" As riders approached the stops, staff came alive (literally, the service manager at Bumbus has a bedroll in the bay to snooze between arrivals) to meet their every need. Their bikes were serviced, washed and readied while the competitors ate and showered or slept. Just an example of the warm welcome...the first female rider to arrive at AD Farrow had lost her helmet shield and was using her prescription glasses to protect her eyes. Since they didn't have a replacement in stock, an employee ran home to give her his shield. She was back on the road in no time! Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty!!! Every rider was treated as royalty at these Harley Dealerships!
